Shipping policy

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

Shipping within Australia

All Australian orders include free tracked shipping. Delivery estimates: Metro areas 2–5 business days; Regional areas 4–8 business days. Orders placed before 2pm ACST on business days are dispatched same day. Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

International shipping

At this stage, we are focused on Australian delivery. If international shipping appears available at checkout, the final shipping rate and destination eligibility will be confirmed during checkout.
